During my recent stay at Best Western, I was truly impressed by how they catered to my elderly parents' needs. The staff went above and beyond to provide them with extra assistance, including ensuring they had easy access to ironing facilities in the room. The heating and air conditioning were perfectly regulated, creating a comfortable environment for all of us. The cozy sitting area with complimentary tea and coffee facilities added a homely touch to our stay. The attention to detail in providing free toiletries and well-equipped cookware and kitchen utensils truly stood out, making our experience feel like a home away from home. The direct dial telephone and flat-screen TV added convenience, while the carpeted floors added a sense of warmth. The proximity to Coldwater Creek Restaurant & Bar and other dining options within walking distance made dining choices convenient and delightful. Best Western exceeded my already high expectations in every aspect, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
